Our 5* highly rated luxurious British Christmas fruit cake is filled with soft sweet French cherries, rich sweet juicy currants, Thompson Raisins known for being, sweet and juicy, mixed peel, Middle East sultanas that are grew on popular vineyards from white grapes.
Whichever cake size you select, our soft moist Christmas Cake will be covered with traditional marzipan, royal icing and our nativity cake topper.
Brandy Infused & Matured Cakes
The dried fruit used in our luxurious fruit cake is blended with 36% APV Soberano brandy. Soberano brandy is matured in American oak casks for a prolonged period of 5 years, delivering a spicy caramel aroma blended in to the currants, cherries, peel, raisins and sultanas. I mature the cake every 7 days with additional brandy till the point of dispatching your cake. Your cake is then covered with a layer of traditional marzipan with a brandy infusion and sweet royal icing.

Ordering After December 1st
During the holiday season logistic companies are under added strain, together with the impact of the pandemic. I recommend purchasing priority shipping as this will ensure the carrier delivers your cake in the quickest time possible.
Preparation Time
My matured cake is available for pre-ordering with deliver in time for Christmas 2021. All orders placed before November 30th (Economy Shipping) December 10th (Priority Shipping) are guaranteed for Christmas or your money back.

The purchaser of any brandy cake is confirming they are of at least 18 years old and they will not be giving any cake to any persons under 18 years of age.
