Our birthday cake is approximately 3″ high and weighs between 1 and 3 kilograms. Our traditional birthday cake is covered in a layer of marzipan and royal icing and our Birthday topper.

Serving Information
Our 6″ fruit cake is approximately 4” high, weights 1.4kg and serves 8.
Our 8″ fruit cake is approximately 4” high, weights 2kg and serves 14.
Our 10″ fruit cake is approximately 4” high, weights 2.6kg and serves 21.

Buttercream Centre
All our cakes come with a buttercream and optional jam centre.

Alcohol Infused Fruit Cake
Our alcohol cakes are infused with brandy or your preferred tipple for several days, before being slowly baked to perfection. Our infused cakes provide a shot of alcohol in each bite, therefore it’s possible to become intoxicated after consuming our cake.

Although we don’t bake our cakes using nuts, traces of nuts may be found in the ingredients used.
